Terms of Service

The service
CK Management shops licensed contractors, compiles bids, adds our agreed coordination fee, and helps schedule and check the work. Submitting a quote request is not a contract to build. You choose whether to accept a compiled packet. We are not the installing contractor unless a separate written agreement says so.
Quotes and payment
Trade bids stay internal. The customer packet is the trade number plus our coordination percentage. Prices can change until you accept. Payment terms are set in the packet you sign.

Your content
Photos and notes you send may be shared with invited trades so they can bid. Do not upload other people’s private information.
Limitation
Workmanship of installed work is the installing contractor’s responsibility, subject to their license and warranty. CK Management’s role is coordination and quality check as described in your packet. Arizona and California law apply.
