What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect name, mobile number, email, zip, job type, project notes, and optional photos. If you text or call us we keep those messages to run your job. The site also stores anonymous visit stats (page, campaign source, videos played). We do not sell your information.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm the request, shop licensed contractors on your behalf, send quote status, schedule work, and perform quality checks. Contractors receive only what they need to bid the job.
SMS / text messages
If you enter a mobile number on the quote form, you consent to receive SMS from CK Management about that request (confirmation, status, photos, scheduling). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, HELP for help. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. Opting out of SMS does not stop email about an active job.
Sharing
We share job details with licensed trades we invite to bid, and with vendors that send email or SMS for us (AgentMail, Twilio). We share data if required by law. Team sign-in is staff-only.
Retention and your choices
We keep job records as long as needed to finish the work and meet legal duties. Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing. California residents may request a copy or deletion of personal information we hold.
